By registering your bike, you can upgrade the warranty on your bike’s frame, handlepost and rigid fork. You can also choose to sign up to receive exclusive offers, DAHON news, and product update information. Please note this applies to new purchases only. If you are not eligible for the warranty extension, and would still like to register for security purposes, you are welcome to complete the form, but will not receive any warranty extension.
If you would like to register more than one DAHON, you can do so by entering the details of each bike in the same box, separated by a forward slash (/) e.g. Model Name: Mariner D8/Mu D9.
The serial number of your DAHON can be found on the bottom bracket and begins with D, K or R.
This form is integrated with Mailchimp, and your information willl be emailed to you for your records (you should retain the email as proof of registration and for any insurance claims for example). If you do not opt in to our newsletter, your informaion will be deleted from our Mailchimp database during our regular database maintenance. If you opt in, you can of course unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. DAHON respects your privacy and will never share your information with any 3rd party not directly related to DAHON sales, warranty or marketing activities.
