Taiwan, Taipei. March 27th, 2019 – World leader in folding bikes, DAHON, will present brand-new models for 2020 along with its innovative line of technology at Asia’s biggest bicycle trade show, Taipei Cycle.
This year, Taipei Cycle returns to its familiar March dates with the show kicking off on the 27th March, just 6 months after last year’s exhibition. Now in it’s 32nd year, the event will welcome brands from around the globe who will present their latest products and designs at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center.
On show for the industry and the public, DAHON will have a selection of its 2020 range of folding bikes, including some brand-new additions in the form of the Dove E-Uno, DAHON’s compact folding electric bike. The Dove E-Uno, with 14” wheels, is equipped with an integrated battery providing extra power when it is needed most. Joining DAHON’S range of compact folders is the new K3, ultra-compact and weighing in at just 8.1kg (17.9lbs) the K3 features a 3-speed derailleur for ultimate performance and comfort.
Alongside these compact offerings, DAHON will present its innovative NuWave narrow folding technology which will be available in three different wheel sizes: 14”, 16” and 20”, along with electric versions of these configurations. The compact NuWave employs narrow folding technology to fold down to a width of just 15cm. Ideal for the urban environment, their small size means they can be easily stored.
During the show, DAHON will also be presenting products from their exclusive technology sharing program which was launched last year. Through this new program, licensees will benefit from market-proven components and technology including hinges, handle posts, cranksets, pedals, PostPumps and more.
