DAHON-V Technology Suite
Breakthrough in Bicycle Engineering

The DAHON R&D team dedicated over 3,000 man-days to refining the DAHON-V technology suite, designed to
significantly enhance the overall rigidity of bicycle frames. Comprising three key parts—measurement and
verification, component solutions, and complete vehicle applications—DAHON-V has been meticulously crafted to
boost the speed performance of bicycles across all categories.

Eagle Frame of DAHON road bikes

Drawing inspiration from the anatomy of birds, the DAHON R&D team designs their road bikes
using DAHON-V technology. Featuring a reinforced oval-tube triangular structure, the Eagle Frame
in a triangular structure, combining with the Soaring Top Tube and Seat Stay, and the Dual
Curved Cones, results in a remarkable 32.9% increase in frame rigidity, as confirmed by Finite
Element Analysis (FEA) tests. Enhanced rigidity leads to improved speed performance.
