They will work with your national distributor (or our HQ if in the USA) to obtain the part you need and ensure it is
properly fitted. For bicycle wear items (see the owner's manual), we recommend visiting a local bicycle shop for
repairs or replacements. If you are unable to get assistance, please contact us at service@dahon.com for further
support. For warranty claims, always make sure to retain your original receipt.
