We’ve just arrived back home after what was our very first time exhibiting at Taichung Bike Week. It’s one of the beating hearts of the industry and a place where high-end bicycle brands come to meet and show off the very latest in cutting-edge bicycle technology and accessories.
‘Organized by the bike industry for the bike industry’, Taichung Bike Week is a specialist OEM event that specifically focuses on bicycle components. It’s a super interesting show and is the place to be to find out about upcoming trends in bicycle technology. It’s safe to say we got our geek on as we explored the show!
Visitors at the show had the chance to meet the team at DAHON and get hands-on with our latest range of technologies, including the compact NuWave which gained a lot of attention from the crowds. The nifty NuWave utilizes tripod structures in place of long tubes for the handlebar/stem and seat post and it is these tripod structures that give the NuWave significant improvements in stiffness and strength whilst simultaneously contributing to a minimal folded shape.
We had an awesome time showcasing DAHON’s latest technology and innovations throughout the show, and it was great to catch up with partners old and new from around the world!
