Leading the blockbuster bicycle line-up at DAHON’s booth, Hall A7, A7D2-01, was the premium K-ONE Hub Drive with smooth ride Ciao E7. New electric sensations Macaw, Magpies and Tailorbird flew the flag for DAHON’s new mopeds & motorcycle range. Magpie’s speed reaches up to 60km/h and boasts a max. range of 110km on full charge. It has sparked the interest of many companies. INABIKE was a very successful event, with many interesting conversations happening at the DAHON booth. The team also demonstrated to visitors the benefits of its leading folding bicycle technology, accessories, parts, and its B2B growth program named as Sharing 360.

DAHON used its patented technology to develop lightweight, 20-inch e-bike K-ONE Hub Drive, that comes with 7 speeds and a 36V 250W Bafang rear motor. It also includes the groundbreaking Deltech cable that upgrades single beam folding bikes into a stable triangular shape, transforming frame force distribution. Taking on maximum stress, it reduces the load on folding frames, greatly improving service life and load-bearing capabilities. Deltech increases longitudinal rigidity by 15%, greatly improving ride performance for single beam folding bicycles compared to some road bikes, mountain bikes, and non-triangular frame bikes.

The sleek, low step-through Ciao design has been a fan favorite for decades, and DAHON has now evolved it into a 7-speed folder with 5 levels of electric assist, for urban road adventures and uphill ascents. Its hub motor sits nicely on DAHON’s classic L-shaped aluminum alloy frame that’s boosted by DAHON’s patented plugging technology for ultra-high mechanical strength. Ciao E7 is a super compact model for commuting and leisure that can adapt to different rider heights and positions. Joining K-ONE Hub Drive and Ciao E7 were a wide range of DAHON models on the booth to match many different rider lifestyles, the team discussed their unique benefits with attendees.
