Dedicated DAHON brand store to serve folding bike enthusiasts in Taiwan
Taipei, Taiwan, March 18, 2015 –World leader in folding bikes DAHON announced its return to Taiwan with subsidiary DAHON TW LLP in 2014. This year celebrates the opening of DAHON’s flagship store in Taipei.
DAHON has had a strong presence in Taiwan since the company’s founding in the 1980s, having won the Taiwan/CETRA Outstanding Product Award and at one time been a poster company for manufacturing during the bicycle industry boom years. DAHON has in recent years concentrated more on the global and Chinese market, but has enthusiastically returned to Taiwan with a new subsidiary DAHON TW LLP. Last year during the 2014 Taipei Cycle Show, KGI, the leading underwriter in Taiwan, announced its commitment to list DAHON in the Taiwan stock market with an IPO slated for 2016 with a public signing. Models available in store range from those equipped with premium components to classic commuter bikes; there is something for every kind of rider.
